Parent Survey Results 2011

The annual Casterbridge Parent Survey was carried out in July to enable us to understand from our parents what we are doing well and what we can improve upon.

At The Laurels Day Nursery and Preschool highlights were that parents told us that the environment is great (97% agree), the children are well stimulated (94% agree) and the nursery is very clean (100% agree). Parents also felt that the food was healthy and nutritious (94 % agree). Areas where we can improve are verbal feedback to parents and our administration, both of which will be worked on in the coming months.
